Midnight Express 'show must go on' despite missing star

Help

The director of Midnight Express says he is "really worried" about missing Ukrainian ballet star Sergei Polunin.

He had been due to play the lead role of Billy Hayes but failed to turn up for rehearsals on Wednesday.

Director Peter Schaufuss said the show would go on with Johan Christensen taking over the role in the production which is due to open at London's Coliseum on Tuesday.
