Praise for Matilda musical on New York's Broadway

The award-winning British musical Matilda, inspired by Roald Dahl's dark story of a schoolgirl overcoming the horrors of useless parents and an evil head teacher, has just opened on Broadway.

It is the first overseas foray for the show, and the Royal Shakespeare Company which has produced it, hopes Matilda will become a global musical phenomenon.

From New York Tom Brook reports.
