The late Linda Lovelace, best known for her 1972 porn film Deep Throat, has been portrayed on screen in a feature film about her life and times.

Lovelace, whose real name is Linda Boreman, is played by Amanda Seyfried, who described Linda as a phenomenon,

"She was the poster girl for the sexual revolution."

The film shows how the film Deep Throat came about, what went on behind the scenes and how Lovelace was controlled by her husband and manager Chuck Traynor, played by Peter Sarsgaard.

Talking Movies' Tom Brook reports.
