14 March 2014 Last updated at 12:43 GMT

Director Darren Aronofsky's film Noah has had its European premiere in Berlin.

The film's lead, Russell Crowe was not in the German capital, but co-stars Emma Watson, Jennifer Connelly and Ray Winstone were all on hand to talk about the epic tale.

Several Middle Eastern countries have announced plans to ban the film.

According to Juma Al-Leem, from the UAE's National Media Centre, "there are scenes that contradict Islam and the Bible".
