How zero-rated Salford Royal Hospital got top marks

Jenny Hill reports from Salford Royal, a hospital which once received zero stars in the Healthcare Commission's rating system and is now one of the top performing hospitals in England.

Reasons for its turnaround include hourly nursing checks for patients and prioritising cleanliness.
