A revolution for soft tissue repair surgery?

Researchers at Oxford University have developed a new implant which they say could improve the success rates after surgery to repair soft tissue injuries.

It is being tested on patients suffering from shoulder injuries but it is hoped that in time the technology could help people with arthritis, hernias and heart defects.
