Readers' photos on the theme intense.
Each week we publish a gallery of readers' pictures on a set theme. This week it is "intense", and we begin with this image from Justin Lovett of what he describes as an intense wind.
Yvonne Tilbury: "Rudie, an accidental photo where the camera flash and lighting did not work properly. A little bit of tweaking resulted in this. He looks like he is looking into your soul."
Elk Arne Clausen
Elk Arne Clausen: "My interpretation of the ancient clan of all female Amazon warriors, produced in Kampala, the Ugandan capital, as a concept in creative studio photography with extensive additional Photoshop editing."
Andrew Lane: "A shot of Duke Zero One playing a recent gig at the Jam Cafe in Nottingham."
Kyle Burt: "A Bugatti rounding the Rascasse corner during the 2004 Monaco Grand Prix Historique."
David Watson: "This fair ride was an intense spectacle, not only for those riding in the seats being spun at a great height, but also for the colourful lights that resemble a landing spaceship."
Najka Mirkovic: "The intense colour of flowering roses at the Dubrovnik open city market."
Oksana Tuchina: "Street art performance in Paris."
Alex McLintock: "This was taken in the Bolivian Andes at an altitude of around 4,500m [14,750ft]. I had never seen the stars and Milky Way so intensely vivid and clear, so I fetched my friends to pose. The picture was a 30-second exposure and I used my headlamp to illuminate our faces."
And finally... a photo of a strawberry in water submitted by Lenny, who is experimenting with high-speed photography. The next theme is "migration" and the deadline for your entries is 16 April.
