Readers' photos on the theme of tools.
Each week we publish a gallery of readers' pictures on a set theme. This week it is "tools" and we begin with this photograph taken by Andi Jones.
Dave Archer: "From a bad workman."
Anne Stephens: "This is a detail from a stained glass window in St Wulfram's Church, Grantham. The window is dedicated to a member of a local family who made and sold shoes and depicts shoemaking tools."
Robby Bernstein: "Sanding discs in a workshop in Manhattan, New York."
Raquel Arouca: "Apollo, the black lab and chief mechanic, confirming the fact that yes, there are mice under the hood (or bonnet). I do believe he is waiting for some tools to be handed to him. On second thought, his nose and mouth might be all he needs."
Diane Scott: "I liked the way the light fell on my kitchen tools one morning last week."
Alex Gill: "A drill in the technology department at my old school."
Stephen Arrandale: "A gardener's tool shed at Calke Abbey, Derbyshire."
Andy O'Farrell: "Off to work. Tool of a trade."
Kevin Parry: "A friend was clearing his father's house and offered me some old tools in an old tool box. I didn't take much notice of the box, but when I got it home, I thought it looked amazing - so many years of use in a simple box."
And finally, a photograph by Krisztina Lacz. The next theme is "pairs" and the deadline for your entries is 3 December. If you would like to enter, send your pictures to email@example.com. Further details and terms can be found by following the link below this gallery.
