Readers' photos on the theme of "numbers".
Each week, we publish a gallery of readers' pictures on a set theme. This week it is "numbers", and we begin with this picture by Strachan McCormick of 125th Street subway station, New York City.
Stephen Lord: "I saw this butterfly at Iguazu Falls in Argentina."
David Bradbury sent in this abstract photograph of a platform sign at Sheffield station.
Iain Jones: "All these chips and cards just strewn on the pavement. I didn't move any of them. They told such an interesting story."
Doris Enders: "I visited an old church in Germany. The light of the sun was in this moment on the year of the wooden bench."
Craig Ibbotson: "Cromford Canal, near Amber Gate in Derbyshire. This is a walk I try to do once a year. Hope you like my number three."
Estela Timmermann: "This picture was taken in Curitiba, Brazil, about two hours before the start of the game between Brazil against Chile. The square was filled with street vendors of flags and yellow football shirts. Number 10 is always the preferred."
Sarah Walker: "This is the numbers on the entrance of the Cardiff Dock area, now a plaza . These would have been used to monitor the water levels in the dock."
And finally, a photograph Michael Phillips. The next theme is "Panama" and the deadline for your entries is 15 July. If you would like to enter, send your pictures to email@example.com. Further details and terms can be found by following the link below this gallery.
