She performed her song from the top of one of the bridge's towers high above the M48.

Take a look at these designs for a revamped St Mary Redcliffe Church in Bristol.

They were produced by the winning architects Purcell UK, who beat 55 other firms to have their ideas chosen.

The Reverend Dan Tyndall, vicar of St Mary Redcliffe, said: "Purcell demonstrated the deepest understanding of the site and context and the opportunity at St Mary Redcliffe." 

The revamp is part of a wider regeneration plan for Redcliffe and the designs could change and develop as the project progresses.

Avon and Somerset Police are telling us a number of groups plan to march in the city centre area.

Places that are expected to be busier than normal are around College Green, Broad Quay, Park Street and Hotwells.

A police spokesman said while the force had a long history of facilitating peaceful protest it operated a zero-tolerance approach to public disorder and would robustly tackle any pockets of anti-social or violent behaviour.

Man charged after series of ATM attacks

A Bristol man is due to appear before magistrates charged in connection with a number of attacks on cash machines.

Nicholas Stephen Mann, 24, of Hop Store, Kingsdown, Bristol, is charged with conspiracy to steal between 29 September and 8 May.

He also faces charges of assault by beating and assault with intent to resist arrest.

Bath Tourism Plus wanted the extension as they say people visiting in December are often disappointed that the market has finished. 

But councillors said they felt the market's 18-day residence was long enough as it created a strain on the city centre and put the livelihoods of local traders at risk.

Weston driver takes 36 attempts to pass driving test

How many attempts did you take to pass your driving test? It took one learner driver from Weston-super-Mare 36 goes before they could tear up their L plates, making them the third worst in the country.

That's according to figures released from Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency.

Topping the list of the most failed attempts was a 38-year-old Liverpool man who took 39 attempts.

As someone who suffered cyber bullying, Game of Thrones and Doctor Who star Maisie Williams has this special message for anyone being bullied.
