Weather: Feeling cooler overnight but staying dry

Charity gets more time to find new base

A charity that distributes food and clothing to homeless people in Derby's Market Place has been given four weeks to find a new location.

The city council told Doorways it had to move as its efforts were leading to antisocial behaviour in the area but set a new deadline after talks.

Trampoline park evacuated as fire took hold in car port

At the height of the fire in a car port on Copeland Street in Derby there was a plume of black smoke at least 20 feet in the air, according to eye witnesses.
