Your views: Ilkeston park vandalised

Facebook

The vandalism at Victoria Park in Ilkeston has got people hot under the collar on our Facebook page.

This is Rosemary Clarke's verdict: "Disgusting. The best thing in Ilkeston are the baskets and gardens looked after by the council gardeners, and mindless morons do this."

And Stephen Draper posted: "I blame the parents of these scumbags. They are brought up with no values of what is right or wrong and have no respect for others."

Rams boss coy about boosting squad

Euan Duncan

BBC Local Live

Nigel Pearson's keeping his cards close to his chest at his first media conference of the season.

"We haven't added to the squad yet. We may do, we may not. As with all transfer speculation, I don't get involved in that. It's counter-productive. We have interest in a number of players."
