This bright red supercar got rather soggy yesterday as Storm Doris swept over the country. How it got there we're not sure, but it's safe to say it shouldn't be submerged in water.

History of factory that made 200 million rifle rounds to be documented

A new project is hoping to find out more about the Blackpole munitions factory which opened in Worcester a century ago.

Hundreds of workers produced 200 million rifle rounds there during the World War One and the buildings now form part of the Blackpole East industrial estate.

BBC

Of the four cartridge factories built during WW1 - this is the only one left. This is the only chance we have to record those processes. We'll use photos and maps but it's very important to look at the physical remains. We're going to be looking for clues at the fabric of the building to see how they were used."

James Dinn Archaelogical officer, Worcester City Council:

The council is looking for volunteers to help record the history of the building - taking photos and making physical notes about the area.
