Roads inside the Integra Business Park, in Maidstone, have reopened following a large fire earlier.
At its height the blaze was tackled by eight fire engines and 40 firefighters.
Dreamland, in Margate, will offer free entry, with visitors only having to pay for rides they use. The decision comes after the attraction went into administration.
The news has been welcomed by the Dreamland Trust, a charity that emerged in 2009 to stop the site from being developed for housing and shops.
We hope a restructured or new operator will also embrace the concept of an amusement park of historic rides, which would create an attraction that is unique in the world, distinctively different to other seaside amusement parks and theme parks in the UK"
Visitors to Dreamland in Margate will no longer be charged an entry free after the attraction went into administration.
Firefighters are still tackling a blaze on the Integra Business Park, in Maidstone.
Kent Fire and Rescue said it was using "fog spikes" to bring down the temperature inside the unit.
