BBC Northampton

Plans to reduce the environmental standards of new homes at a big housing development near Kettering have been been criticised as "a disadvantage" to those living there.

Hanwood Park - better known as Kettering East - has outline planning permission for 5,500 homes which was granted six years ago. So far no homes have been built.
