Meet England's unlikely stars of kabaddi

Help

The England women's kabaddi team last week played to crowds of 40,000 people at the World Cup in India.

Although they are relatively unknown in their own country, in India they were mobbed by fans and given police escorts through the streets.

The BBC's Asian Network followed them as they progressed through the tournament before being knocked out by the hosts in the semi-final.

BBC News met members of the team, made up of army personnel, teachers, a police officer, a sports development officer and a pig farmer.
