Boxing your way out of trouble

Boxing coach Mark Reigate first entered the boxing ring at the age of 12, and competed in more than 100 amateur bouts worldwide. He is now head coach at Fitzroy Lodge Amateur Boxing Club in south London.

Mark feels the structure and discipline of boxing saved him from a downward spiral into a life of crime. Watch him at the Fitzroy Lodge club in Lambeth.

Mark Reigate also works with the charity Carney's Community to help teach the sport to troubled and disadvantaged young people.
