Weather radar could track creatures' flight patterns

Technology used to predict the weather in the US could be used to help scientists study birds, bats and butterflies.

Weather radar and satellite data could enable researchers to track animal flight patterns - and the impact man and the environment have on them.

Pallab Ghosh reports from Washington.
