Hyper-lapse photography - a technique combining time-lapse and sweeping camera movements has been a growing trend on video sites.

It can be a painstaking process taking precision and hours of stitching images together.

As Spencer Kelly discovers, when you take Google Street View and mash it up with a particular photographic technique - this is what you get.
