Meet the interactive baby avatar

The man who has brought computer generated faces to life in some of Hollywood's biggest blockbusters including "Avatar" and "King Kong" has unveiled his latest project.

Academy Award winner Mark Sagar has used his baby daughter Francesca as the face of an interactive avatar.

The life-like baby, named Baby X, blinks and smiles back at its audience.

Dr Sagar says the technology behind his latest creation will have huge benefits in learning and healthcare.
