Titanfall reviewed

BBC Click's Marc Cieslak reviews Titanfall, Microsoft's latest big budget game, which is released for PC and Xbox One this week globally.

Microsoft announced in February that a copy of Titanfall would be included in its Xbox One bundle. It hoped to increase sales of its console in the face of competition from Sony's PlayStation 4.

The game is "online only" with users competing against other players over the internet. It does not have a single-player story or campaign mode like many other first person shooters.

Titanfall is a first person shooter where players control either pilots that jump about using a jetpack, or Titans - giant robots which can be summoned by pilots for their destructive firepower.
