A playground monitor from Essex, who was sacked from her job, says after 16 months of fighting she doesn't want to return.

Carol Hill was dismissed from Great Tey Primary School in Essex after telling a parent that his daughter had been bullied in the playground.

She was later awarded £350 in compensation at an employment tribunal.

Mrs Hill tells Victoria Derbyshire on BBC Radio 5 live that the legal process has left her "absolutely distraught".

"It was never about the money. I wanted my job back."
