Snow causes more flight delays

Help

Passengers at Heathrow Airport face further delays on Sunday with about 20% of flights - about 250 journeys - cancelled as more snow falls.

In total 111 flights, 101 of them British Airways, were cancelled on Saturday after hundreds of passengers spent Friday night in the airport.

Many passengers complained about a lack of information from the authorities.

Emma Gilthorpe, Executive Director Heathrow Airport, said that "the weather always causes some level of disruption".
