Wigan in Greater Manchester braces for welfare shake-up

Graham Satchell reports from Wigan, one of of the towns where people are preparing for the government's benefit changes, including the single payment of universal credit.

The government says it will simplify the system and encourage more people back to work. Critics say there are huge problems with the way it will be implemented.
