Boris Johnson: Likely that attack was a 'terrorist incident'

The murder of a man in Woolwich, south-east London, is "overwhelmingly likely" to be a terrorist incident, the city's mayor has said.

Boris Johnson was speaking after a meeting of the government's emergency response committee Cobra, called in the wake of the attack.

Local MP Nick Raynsford said the victim was a soldier at Woolwich barracks but this has not been confirmed.
