G8 summit 'makeover' divides Enniskillen residents

Help

Final preparations are being made in Enniskillen for one of the biggest security operations ever seen in Northern Ireland, ahead of Monday's meeting of G8 leaders.

Patrols have been mounted on land, in the air and on the water and police have warned of potential delays around airports and in County Fermanagh.

Eight world leaders are due to attend the summit on Monday and Tuesday.

But some local residents have questioned the measures that officials have taken to improve the area's image.

Chris Buckler reports from Enniskillen.
