100 women: Es Devlin on balancing work and home life

From the London 2012 Olympic Closing Ceremony to designing a Lady Gaga concert or an opera, stage designer Es Devlin's work crosses ranges and boundaries.

Her overpowering fear was to lose her creativity once she'd become a mother. Speaking to the BBC for our 100 Women season, she explains how she finds balance between work and home.
