Is CCTV needed to monitor parents on the school run?

Seven councils in England are believed to be testing a new system to catch parents who stop illegally when dropping their children outside of school.

BBC Breakfast gauged public opinion before speaking to Amanda Dunlop, a psychotherapist and a mother who does the school run and John Vigus, a consultant who helps people appeal against parking fines.
