US diplomat in Belfast for 'urgent' talks on Troubles

An American diplomat has arrived in Belfast in an attempt to resolve disputes surrounding flags, parades and the legacy of the Troubles.

Richard Haass said there was "a sense of urgency" in the talks as he returned to the country for two weeks of negotiations.
