UK floods: Pop-up barriers to keep water at bay

Five severe flood warnings have been issued by the Environment Agency meaning there is a "danger to life".

Two affect north Cornwall and the remainder parts of the River Severn.

High tides and gale-force winds could cause water levels to rise yet further.
