'More under 18s are taking risks with illegal tattoos'

It is illegal for anyone under 18 to get a tattoo, but it is claimed more young people than ever are trying to break the law to get one.

Many are running the risk of infection or botched artwork by choosing disreputable or unlicensed parlours which do not run proper checks.
