UK floods: First footage of Cobra crisis meeting

Cameras have been allowed to film a Cobra emergency meeting for the first time, as the prime minister gathered together key figures to discuss the flooding crisis.

Among those attending the meeting were military flood response co-ordinator Maj Gen Patrick Sanders and Paul Leinster, from the Environment Agency.
