China smog 'is health crisis,' says World Health Organisation

The smog that is affecting much of Northern China has been described as an environmental crisis by the World Health Organisation.

In Beijing on Wednesday, levels of the smallest, most dangerous pollution particles were more than 20 times the internationally recognised safe limit.
