Hillsborough Wikipedia posts: Government pledges 'urgent inquiries'

The government says it is making "urgent inquiries" into reports Whitehall computers were used to make insulting edits to an online article about the Hillsborough disaster.

The Liverpool Echo reported that changes were made to Wikipedia entries about the tragedy from computers on Whitehall's secure intranet.

The Cabinet Office said the claims were being treated with "the utmost seriousness".
