25 June 2014 Last updated at 17:22 BST

The Queen has met experts from the BBC's Antiques Roadshow at her official Northern Ireland residence, Hillsborough Castle.

Hoping to spark an interest in royal history, expert Hilary Kay told the Queen about a christening cup which is thought to be linked to her late maternal aunt.

The Queen did not ask for her antiques to be valued.
