Women bishops: Church prepares for key vote

Members of the Church of England's ruling body, the General Synod, are preparing for a vote on whether to create female bishops.

Supporters of the proposal have expressed cautious optimism that the Church's top jobs will be opened to women two decades after they were ordained as priests.
