The lessons learned ten years after Boscastle floods

Ten years ago, an estimated 2,000,000 tonnes of flood water surged through Boscastle, leaving the Cornish fishing village devastated.
Hundreds of cars were swept away - some out to sea - and the residents witnessed the largest peacetime rescue in British history.
Now little physical evidence of the damage remains, as BBC South of England Correspondent Duncan Kennedy reports.
