Man re-arrested over Carl Chadwick murder in Warrington
A man has been re-arrested on suspicion of murdering a man who was stabbed and strangled in his Warrington home.
Carl Chadwick, 40, was found dead at his flat in Grasmere Avenue, Orford on 29 January.
A 39-year-old local man was arrested on 3 March and released on bail. He was re-arrested early on Friday, a Cheshire Police spokeswoman said.
A 32-year-old man and 29-year-old woman who were arrested on 29 January have been released from their bail.
Det Insp Nigel Wenham, of Cheshire Police, said: "I want to thank the community of Orford for their help and support throughout the investigation so far, and I am still keen to speak to anyone who may have further information to share with my team."
