Man charged over Crawley shooting
A fifth man has been charged over the shooting of a 29-year-old man in West Sussex last year.
A 43-year-old man is accused of conspiracy to murder and possession of a firearm.
A man was shot after he answered his door in Crawley in August. He slammed the door but shots were fired into the door and he was hit in the leg.
The charged man was due to appear before Crawley magistrates on Saturday.
Three men from Birmingham and one from Gwent, Wales, are also facing charges.
Daniel Martin, 30, of Sherborne Street, Birmingham, and Delroy Hare, 50, of Fleet Street, Birmingham, have been charged with attempted murder and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.
Malachi Halstead, 29, from Gwent, and Adrian Thomas, 29, from Birmingham, have been charged with conspiracy to murder after the incident in Park Way. They are all currently awaiting trial.
