Drugs worth £10m seized in raid at Suffolk business

Drugs that police said had a street value of over £10m have been seized in Suffolk following a raid.

Searches at a business in Highbury Road, Brandon, found a haul of Class A drugs that police said was the largest ever seized in the county.

Two 56-year-old men, one from Thetford and one from London, were arrested on Monday night.

They are being held on suspicion of importing cocaine and possession of controlled drugs with intent to supply.

They were both questioned at the Bury Police Investigation Centre.

Suffolk Police is leading the investigation with the assistance of the UK Border Agency.
