Six injured in Butlins mass brawl in Bognor Regis
Twelve people have been arrested over a fight at a West Sussex holiday park in which six people, including four members of staff, were injured.
Sussex Police said the fight broke out at Butlins in Bognor Regis after a group of people were ejected from a nightclub at the resort.
The men, from Gravesend in Kent, were questioned on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and violent disorder.
Six people were treated in hospital following the incident.
'Chain of events'
The fight broke out at about 12:20 GMT on Saturday.
Police said the victims had chest and facial injures. One 50-year-old man remains in hospital.
Ch Insp Jane Derrick, of Sussex Police, said: "We believe a fight broke out after a group of people, who were at the resort together, were ejected from a nightclub on the site.
"Officers are in the area talking to residents at Butlins and working closely with the management at the holiday park to fully identify the chain of events."
The men have been bailed until 24 November.
A spokesman for Butlins said its employees were injured when they tried to break up a fight between a large group of men.
