Staffordshire will writer facing £100,000 fraud charges

A 55-year-old woman from Staffordshire has been charged with fraud in relation to the disappearance of over £100,000 between 2009 and 2010.

The Cannock-based estates administrator and will writer is facing three charges of fraud by false representation.

She has also been charged with three counts of theft.

The allegations relate to two offences in Staffordshire and one in Leicester. She will appear at Leicester magistrates on 14 February.
