More than 80 trains have been cancelled by London Midland with 64 of them affecting the West Midlands.

Some services have been withdrawn due to a shortage of drivers, but the company said it was training new drivers to begin work in December.

It has cancelled more than 500 trains in the last three weeks.

London Midland said on its website it would be providing daily cancellation updates for the following day's service until 11 December.
