London Midland passengers travelling from Birmingham to London could be affected by cancellations this weekend.

The firm's ongoing driver shortage problems means several of its Euston services will start or terminate at other stations along the line.

Passengers travelling between Birmingham and other stations in the West Midlands will also be affected.

London Midland has apologised for the disruption which is expected to continue until mid-December.

It has blamed a temporary shortfall in qualified drivers but said its trainee drivers will be qualified by mid-December.

About 30 services, including those serving Redditch, Lichfield, Longbridge, Wolverhampton and Walsall will be disrupted on Saturday.
