Two more men have appeared in court accused of helping an inmate escape from a prison van last year.

John Anslow, charged with murdering a man from Staffordshire in 2010, was freed by masked men near HMP Hewell in north Worcestershire last January.

Daniel Morgan, 29, from Park Hall Crescent, Birmingham and Lee Glover, 25, from Tipton, are among nine accused of conspiring to assist with an escape.

The pair were remanded in custody at Birmingham Magistrates Court.

All nine men are due to appear at Birmingham Crown Court on Friday.

Mr Anslow, from Tipton in the West Midlands, was on remand at the time of his escape and has yet to be recaptured.

A £10,000 reward is on offer for information leading to his detention.
