Delays on A11 dual carriageway in Suffolk and Norfolk
Drivers have been warned of more delays on a section of the A11 road in Suffolk and Norfolk where a dual carriageway is being built.
Mobile traffic lights will restrict traffic to allow work along the nine-mile (14.5km) section between Fiveways Roundabout at Mildenhall and Thetford.
Other traffic lights will also be used during the working day, to stop traffic while heavy equipment crosses the road.
The project is expected to cost about £105m and will open by the end of 2014.
The northbound lane of the current A11 road will be closed overnight until Sunday 24 March from London Road roundabout to the Mundford junction for resurfacing works.
A 500m length of the B1112 either side of the A11 junction is now fully closed for a period of 12 to 18 months to allow construction of a new underpass to carry the road underneath the A11.
