Tributes have been paid to a dentist who was killed when his motorcycle hit an ambulance parked partly on the central reservation in Surrey.

Dr Rajesh Parkash, 43, from Ascot, Berkshire, died during the crash on the A3 near Long Ditton on 14 March.

His family said: "Raj was an exceptional person to everyone who knew him - a doting father, a loving son and brother and a kind-hearted friend."

The ambulance had been responding to an incident when the crash took place.
