M42 robbery: Third man charged over kidnapping

A third man has been charged with kidnap and robbery after an incident at a motorway services.

Last month, a number of men bundled a lorry driver into another vehicle at Hopwood Service Station on the M42 in north Worcestershire and stole the lorry containing cash.

Adam Lee Ali, 34, was arrested on Thursday in Kidderminster and appeared before magistrates on Saturday, police said.

Two other men have also been charged.

Mr Ali is due at Worcester Crown Court in November along with the two men from Birmingham.
