Hawes crash motorcyclist named as Penrith man

A motorcyclist who died in a crash in North Yorkshire has been named as a Cumbria man.

Grahame Harrington was travelling on a Honda Blackbird when he was involved in a collision with a Toyota on the B6255, near Hawes on Sunday.

The 59-year-old, from Penrith, died at the scene.

The driver of the Toyota, a woman in her forties from the Bedale area, suffered slight injuries.
