Two more people have been charged over the death of a mother of five in the New Forest.

Pennie Davis, 47, was found stabbed to death while tending to her horses in a field near Beaulieu in September.

Samantha Maclean, 28, and Benjamin Carr, 22, both from the New Forest, were charged with conspiracy to murder.

They appeared before magistrates and were remanded in custody until 14 November for a hearing at Winchester Crown Court.

Justin Robertson, 36, of no fixed address, has been charged with Mrs Davis's murder while Leanne Doyle, 24, of Beech Crescent, Hythe, has been charged with assisting an offender and perverting the course of justice.

Both are due to appear at Winchester Crown Court on 18 December.

Mrs Davis's funeral took place earlier in Southampton.

Her family had asked people to dress in bright colours for the service.

Mourners were also asked to provide donations, instead of flowers, to the Honeypot Children's Charity or to the Pennie Davis Appeal Fund to educate and support her two youngest children.

Mrs Davis was found dead by her husband Pete at Leygreen Farm, Beaulieu, on 2 September.
